    What began at home back in 2017, quickly turned into something bigger: a full-time passion that pushed him to barber school and eventually to open his own shop.

    His first shop: In The Cut, where he built his name, his skills, and a loyal community one client at a time.

    By 2025, he expanded and rebranded into Premier Barbershop — a reflection of his growth, vision, and dedication to his craft.

    Jose specializes in all styles — fades, tapers, shear cuts, designs, and precision line work — always focused on clean, detailed results. He’s big on learning, staying up on trends, and pushing both himself and his team to keep leveling up.

  • My name is Favian, also known as FadedByFavi, and I’m a licensed barber with 4 years of experience. My journey started in my basement, giving haircuts to friends and family just for fun. Over time, I realized how much I loved the craft and the confidence a fresh cut can give someone. At 20, I enrolled in barber school to take my passion to the next level, and now at 21, I’m officially licensed and doing what I love every day.

  • Hi, Im David but many know me as “Barber Diaz” or just “Diaz” Born and raised in Chicago.

    My passion started in Puerto Rico (Bayamon) during a summer vacation at the age of 13 looking up to “Canito” the neighborhood barber. Learning from him and all styles from Puerto Rico. Brought it back to Chicago and I infused both elements into each cut where I’ve trained and built a foundation. With 30 years of experience behind the chair.

    I specialize in freestyle designs, precise fades, color enhancements, tapers/blowouts, beards, sharp linings and traditional haircuts. As my craft grew, I began traveling internationally, working with top hair product brands, judged in barber competitions. l've also given seminars, sharing my expertise and inspiring the next generation. Now, in my new area, I bring that wealth of experience to every client.
