    What began at home back in 2017, quickly turned into something bigger: a full-time passion that pushed him to barber school and eventually to open his own shop.

    His first shop: In The Cut, where he built his name, his skills, and a loyal community one client at a time.

    By 2025, he expanded and rebranded into Premier Barbershop — a reflection of his growth, vision, and dedication to his craft.

    Jose specializes in all styles — fades, tapers, shear cuts, designs, and precision line work — always focused on clean, detailed results. He’s big on learning, staying up on trends, and pushing both himself and his team to keep leveling up.

    It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

At 20, I enrolled in barber school to take my passion to the next level, and now at 21, I’m officially licensed and doing what I love every day.

  • I’m Jazira — the newest barber at Premier and fresh out of barber school. Right now, I’m focused on learning the ropes, getting hands-on experience, and sharpening my skills alongside some of the best in the shop.

    I’ve always loved the art of transformation — seeing how the right cut can change how someone feels. I’m detail-oriented, patient, and serious about growing in this craft. Every day in the shop is a chance to learn, improve, and bring my best to whoever’s in my chair.
