Any client that cancels or reschedules their appointment within 3 hours of their original scheduled time will be subject to a 50% fee of the appointment

No-Show?
RUNNING LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT?
Any client more than 15 min late is considered a no show and is subject to the no show fee
HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
Booking are to be made on the app/website only, phone calls and text messages may not always be answered, so using the app is the most secure way to book your appointment.
Walk ins are always accepted here but hard to catch since our barbers do stay busy! Making your appointment will guarantee you have your spot!

Do you provide color services?
We have barbers that do color! While it may not be on the app, you can always walk in or message us through our shops number/socials and our barbers will get back to you and personally book your color appointment! This is simply because every color service is unique to each client therefore it requires special planning.
Diya is our braider and waxer here! She is currently the only barber here to offer braids and face waxing services. (All of our other barber do eyebrows with a razor rather than wax! Waxing lasts longer)

dOES THE SHOP MAKE ACCOMODATIONS FOR SPECIAL NEEDS?
We believe everyone deserves a great haircut! Our barbers are not new to servicing clients with special needs and are willing to make accommodations. We do ask that you contact us for these appointments so we can discuss any concerns and prepare the environment for whatever may be needed! Whether we need to quiet down the shop, play a movie, or take a break in the middle of the haircut or book for a less busy time, we can figure it out with you!
does the shop do kids cuts?
Yes! We do kids haircuts! All of our team does kids haircuts, but we have the ability to decline service to a client if it is an unsafe situation. Unfortunately while we do try our best to service everyone, sometimes the risk of cutting/nicking a client is not worth it for us. There a certain haircuts we also will not perform on kids if they can’t sit for them.
example : a toddler who consistently moves can definitely get a haircut, but we can’t do a very detailed haircut like a bald fade and design. We may have to settle for a 2 on the sides with a trim on top. Please keep this in mind when booking kids cuts. Your child’s safety is a priority at premier, and while we would love to give all styles to all kids - realistically sometimes it can’t be done.
is there special kids pricing?
While we do offer kids haircuts, they are not discounted. In our shop we do not charge by the size of the head. We charge for the experience and service provided by our professionals! Our prices reflect our quality!
